This workshop provides a holistic overview of the current context of social management systems, including various standards and methodologies currently available to help organisations with a framework for establishing and implementing their own social responsibility, and assessing their ongoing performance.
The workshop has particular focus on internal evaluation of their organisation’s own social responsibility, including their ethical supply chain management, employment issues and work rights. The course covers social and ethical issues currently facing organisations, as well as specific social auditing skills and frameworks.

This training is also suitable for consultants, HR Managers, and any other team member of an organisation implementing a social accountability system, or looking to conduct social system audits.
