You will learn the foundations of risk and how risk management practices are applied, aligned to ISO 31000. You will demonstrate your knowledge gained through activities and scenarios, applying your knowledge with continual feedback from risk industry professionals.

Key risk management practices will be integrated throughout the workshop, showing how it can be applied across other varied business processes such as reporting, decision making and project management.

Our trainers provide real-world case studies, drawing on their experiences with multidisciplinary risk management to demonstrate its application and business value.
